How do I delete my account?

Open the app and go to Settings → Delete account. The deletion is immediate and irreversible — your profile, RSVPs, claimed tasks, payment history, and conversations are removed, and you're taken off every team and organization you belong to.

If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.

I'm a coach. How do I create a team?

Only an admin can create a team. If you're a coach but you don't see your team yet, ask the person who set up your club's account to create the team and assign you as a coach.

I have an invite code but it's not working

Codes are six letters/digits and case-insensitive. Common reasons a code fails: it has expired (valid for 30 days), it has already been used, or it was revoked by the admin. Ask the person who sent it to you to issue a fresh one.

Why can I see "Admin" and "Coach" buttons but I'm a parent?

If you're both a parent of an athlete and also a staff member (coach/admin), you have multiple "views". Switch between them in Settings → App view. Parents who don't have a staff role won't see this.

How does SeasonNest handle my child's data?

Children don't create accounts on SeasonNest. As a parent, you add your child as an "athlete" with the minimum information needed for sports (name, optional jersey number and birthdate). That information is visible only to coaches/admins of your child's team and to you. Read the full Privacy Policy for details.

Does SeasonNest collect payments?

Not directly. Admins post payment requests in the app to track dues; payment is collected outside the app (Venmo, Zelle, check, etc.). We may add direct payments in a future version, and we'll update the Terms when we do.

If you see content or behavior on SeasonNest that involves harm to a child, harassment, or other abuse, email support@seasonnest.org with the subject "Abuse report". We respond within one business day.
